Christine: Welcome to Frequency Friday. Today we’re connecting with the loving presence of Archangel Chamuel, the angel of unconditional love, heart healing, and emotional harmony. Before we drop into today’s meditation, I want to take a moment to remind you who the archangels are and how available they truly are to us.

Archangels are divine beings of light who work with humanity to support, guide, protect, and heal. They are not reserved for the deeply spiritual or the perfectly aligned. They’re here for all of us—in everyday moments, in heartbreak, in joy, and in the quiet spaces in between.

One of the most important things to remember is this: archangels respect free will. That means they don’t intervene unless we invite them in. They are all quietly, literally on standby, waiting for us to ask for help, support, comfort, clarity, or guidance.

You don’t need special words. You don’t need to be certain, and you don’t need to do it right. A simple request from the heart is all you need.

Chamuel, in particular, works deeply with the heart space, helping us remember love when we’ve forgotten it, feel compassion when we’ve hardened, and return to emotional balance when life feels overwhelming.

Chamuel’s energy feels like a soft rose light—warm, comforting, and deeply healing. He supports inner child healing, emotional wounds, relationship harmony, and self-love.

So as we begin, allow yourself to receive.

Take a slow breath in.
A gentle breath out.

Place one hand on your heart, and if it feels good, one on your belly. Allow your shoulders to soften. Unclench your jaw. Let your body know it is safe to relax.
